Success Story - Relocation to Tallahassee, Florida

This sweet family is special to me, we have known each other for a couple of years now. When they reached out asking if I could help them find their new home in Tallahassee, I was ecstatic to be part of their journey. It is always a special treat when you get to work with clients that you have previously known. 

This sweet family’s journey has taken them all around the world and this move, while their shortest in distance, was definitely special. Thanks to the military, this family was set to relocate to Tallahassee before the end of the year. Relocating while in active duty poses another level of stress to the already stressful task of moving your entire family. But we were lucky enough to have a wonderful team of experts that were able to get this family to close just in time.

When you are financing your home with a VA loan, there is an added layer of requirements that must be met. I was able to view multiple properties for this sweet family, and we were actually under contract for a different home. That home did not work out, and as luck would have it, this beauty was still available. This was actually the first house I did a video tour of for them and it ended up being their perfect match.

This home was recently remodeled and had updated features that I knew would be music to the ears of the VA appraiser. Not to mention, the backyard had a private access to the neighborhood park which I knew the children would also approve. 

Now this family calls Tallahassee, Florida home and can begin working on this next chapter of their lives. I am so thankful they chose me to represent them in their home journey and incredibly happy for them on their next family home.
