This home stole our heart as much as the clients did! We are so excited to share this customer’s journey with you. These sweet clients were on the hunt for the perfect place to call home and they knew exactly what they were looking for as we began their hunt. That’s right, this house was boasting with extras from the yard to the home exterior and inside! Let’s just talk about the curb appeal, this home is text book perfect curb appeal. The color scheme and the manicured lawn won our clients’ hearts as soon as they stepped out of their car. Upon entering the home, we knew this was “the one” and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The homeowners thought of everything! This home has so many bells as whistles, there’s no way I can name them all but let me give you just a few: free standing wine cooler, whole home entertainment system, soft lighting in all rooms, built in master cabinetry, built in china cabinet in dinning area, chef’s kitchen, and a Florida room! On to the closing - we had a glowing inspection with the exception of the roof. If you are familiar at all with insurance companies in Florida, you will know that the age of the roof plays a major role in the inspection period. Thankfully we were able to find a roof company that was able to work in our project without delaying closing. We are so excited for this sweet couple and thankful they allowed us to represent them in their real estate journey!
