Hey there! I’m getting better about keeping these posts more frequent, baby steps! Today, I am excited to share this client success story that touched me and reaffirmed why I love being a real estate agent. Join me as I take you through the journey of how I helped my client find and purchase her Leon County owned lot!
Remember we have talked about Leon County owned lots before, and that the process can be slightly complicated. Review that blog post here.
When my client first approached me with her desire for a particular County owned lot, I knew we were about to embark on a unique adventure. County owned lots can be a hidden gem, but the process of navigating the intricacies of purchasing one is nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. However, I was ready to take on this challenge for her! This particular lot had a slight twist as it was not quite ready for purchase.
Patience is always keep with County lots, but this would take a little more patience as we waited for the property to become available. It took about eight months, but it was worth the wait!
Once the property was available, we quickly submitted our offer and the county accepted it! I was so excited for my client and happy to help her navigate the journey to close timely. There were many questions that came up along the way, which is to be expected with it not being a traditional purchase. I was happy to help and answer all questions that came up.
Finally, the day of the closing arrived, and I could. It have been more excited for my client. Getting transactions to close is such a rewarding part of the process. It reminds me the reason I am in real estate, to help others during various stages of their life!
As I continue to work with more clients, I eagerly anticipate the next adventure and the opportunity to make more dreams a reality! Thank you for joining me on this exciting ride, and thank you to my clients for continuing to allow me help them with their real estate needs and allowing me to do what I love most, helping others!
