Customer Success Story: Relocating to the Big Bend

Clients that become family! That is how I sum up these two special buyers! They reached out to me in hopes of helping them find their next home in North Florida. To begin with, we were not sure exactly where they wanted to settle. I arranged several showings for them all over North Florida, ranging from the Pensacola area all the way over to the Tallahassee area. It was so fun getting to set up their showing schedule, which included two different time zones, and numerous fellow agents cooperation! This transaction was the pure definition of teamwork across our industry. It made me so proud to get to meet so many wonderful agents, in many different offices, and across the big bend. All of who were more than willing to bend over backwards and help my buyers fine their perfect place!

There was a little piece of me that secretly hoped they would make a decision to stay closer to the Tallahassee area, only because I wanted to be able to continue our close relationship after closing. We worked so closely together over their approximate two month journey, and at the closing table, I told them I look forward to staying in touch with them, and I meant it!

These two clients were the type of people that when you meet them, you feel like you’ve known them forever! I was so excited when we found the perfect home for them in Wakulla County near the coast, where he could fish anytime he wanted, and they had great restaurants within a short drive! Not to mention, this location was perfect for them to be a little closer to family and makes those visits that much easier for them!
